Applicants Must:
- Hold a valid front line SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be friendly, polite but assertive whilst always remaining professional
- Smart & well groomed in appearance
- Be able to work alone or part of a team
- Be able to provide a 5-year work/school history
Duties will include:
- Door Supervisor Management
- Incident Reporting
- Upholding Company Standards
- Building Team Ethos
- Supervising customer arrivals
- Carrying out ID checks
- Screening and searching of individuals
- Controlling entry and exit route
- Crowd control
- Customer management to maintain a safe environment within the venue
Hiring Process
Successful candidates will be contacted by our HR & Recruitment department to further discuss the job role, responsibilities, other opportunities and your experience in the security industry. Candidates will then be put forward to our screening and vetting department to complete the application process. After a successful application we look to hire and deploy within 1-3 working days pending successful security checks.
