Hours: 6–12 hours per week
Availability: Evenings & weekends essential
Pay: Minimum £13.69 per hour (paid weekly)
Active Security Solutions North Yorkshire Ltd is recruiting SIA Licensed Door Supervisors to support licensed venues and late-night economy operations across Middlesbrough and the wider Teesside area.
This role suits professional, dependable individuals who take pride in maintaining safe environments while delivering a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing entry and exit points to maintain a safe and secure venue
- Conducting security checks in line with licensing requirements
- Monitoring customer behaviour and managing crowd dynamics
- Responding promptly and professionally to incidents and emergencies
- Liaising with emergency services when required
- Providing a positive customer experience while enforcing venue policies
- Completing incident reports and maintaining accurate shift records

- Previous security experience is beneficial but not essential
