Mobile Patrols

All our personnel are SIA licensed, highly motivated, ‘Skills for Security’ trained, NOCN Qualified, insured and totally professional.

Mobile Patrols are visits to your site at random times for a pre-agreed number of visits.

This acts as a visual deterrent and is extremely effective. All patrols are recorded on a CO-GUARD data recorder.  The printout is available for your inspection at any time.

A uniformed mobile patrol officer will arrive in a highly visible marked mobile patrol vehicle to patrol your site.

The mobile patrol officer will conduct an internal and/or external patrol of your site.  They will check for any security problems such as doors and windows left open. They will also check any vehicles and plant, fencing, gates, locks or any other problems which may develop, and take appropriate action as required in his detailed site instructions

This form of security is the most cost effective way of adding a security presence at a fraction of the cost of a static security guard.

This service is very flexible and can be tailor made to suit your individual needs or requirements.

Key Holding Alarm Response

Active Security (Midlands) Ltd would be regarded as your companies’ main key holders, should your alarm system activate.  Your existing alarm monitoring company would contact Active Security (Midlands) Ltd via our 24 hour control room, which in turn would despatch the area Mobile Response Unit.  Once our response officer arrives on site he will use his detailed site instruction to determine the reason for activation and take the appropriate action.

Response officers complete a detailed report after every alarm call out.  Active Security (Midlands) Ltd  use our best endeavours to respond to every alarm call out in less than 20 minutes, however this cannot be guaranteed as this is a shared service.

All Response Officers are SIA Licensed, Insured, Qualified, and fully Trained to fulfil there role, and are in constant communication with the control centre.
