KEY HOLDING AND ALARM RESPONSE

Active Security would be regarded as your company’s main key holders, should you alarm system activate, your existing alarm monitoring company would contact Active Security via our 24 hour manned control room, who would in turn dispatch the appropriate area Mobile Response unit. Once our response officer arrives on site, he will use his detailed site instructions to determine the reason for activation and take the appropriate action.

Response Officers complete a detailed report after every alarm call out and this will be sent out to you on the following day. We use our best endeavors to respond to each and every alarm call out in less than 20 minuets; however, this cannot be guaranteed as this a shared service.
